Exchanges & Returns
Every Good Stuff product is made with utmost care, but there are always the naughty ones. If a product doesn’t fit or misbehaves please write to us within 7 days of its receipt at email@example.com with the subject ‘Exchanges & Returns’ and someone from our customer care team will contact you with instructions.
You will be asked to ship the product back to us. The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. We encourage you to ship your parcel with tracking to prevent any trouble. Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you as we got them, at your expense.
Good Stuff reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any exchanges or returns.
Products that show signs of being worn or washed will not be eligible for exchanges or returns.
We will take care of the shipping when we deliver your corrected product. We will not be responsible for any return shipping costs or any duty reimbursement in the case of international orders.
When sending the product back to us please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. We would require all original tags and accessories to be returned with the product. Don’t cheat ;)
We have a no questions asked policy in the case of any returns! The purchase amount will be refunded to the customer via NEFT within 14 Business days, once approved, upon receipt of return package in its original condition, along with the tag intact. Only the amount of your product will be returned. Transaction and shipping fees are not refundable.
In the case of pre-order styles or items purchased on sale you will be given store credits of the purchase amount.
In the case of any cancellations, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of placing your order.
Note: No exchanges, returns or cancellations for products purchased during Sale / Offers or when Promo Code is applied.
